Matthew O Hanlon Hurl

The Matthew O Hanlon Hurl ( Combat 103 ) with it’s Big Bas design is excellent not only for control but also for blocking and hooking. Designed in Collaboration with Star Defender Matthew O’Hanlon this hurl has a slightly weighted feel brings sureness, strength and confidence in the contact and combat vital in defensive hurling.

It’s outline profile is based on an oversize Wexford style (The Pikeman model). The slightly square oversize Bas is perfect for defensive needs it also produces a forgiving sweet spot when striking the sliotar. As always the traditional round oval comfort fit handle introduced by Philip Doyle Jnr™️ finishes off this model perfectly.

Matthew O’Hanlon is the current Wexford Hurling Captain and lead the team to win the Leinster Hurling Title 2019. Matthew plays Club Hurling with St James’s
